We make it simple and transparent to manage your personal data and account status.
Sign in to the BDHANDY platform using your credentials on the web or mobile app.
Go to your Profile settings and select the "Security" tab where the delete option is located.
Click "Delete Account", enter your password to confirm identity, and your account will be permanently deleted.
Your public profile, ratings, reviews, and service listings are immediately hidden and permanently removed.
Your personal data (email, phone, address) is completely erased from our databases within 30 days.
Billing and transaction histories are kept securely archived solely for legal, tax, and audit compliance.
Active bookings must be completed or cancelled prior to requesting account deletion.
Once the deletion is completed, this action cannot be undone and your account cannot be recovered.
You can initiate the account deletion directly from your account settings. If you cannot access your account, please contact our support team.
